Ryan has been an active sales agent since 2010 while simultaneosly running a small contracting business serving both residential and commercial clientele.  Prior to working in real estate sales Ryan was a land surveyor then worked as a mortgage broker while still an undergrad studying finance at West Chester University.  After a brief stint as an investment specialist with Vanguard it was evident that real estate was his true passion.  But not just sales, all aspects of real estate, from the bricks and sticks to sales strategies and all the creative solutions needed to be the most useful agent available to the public.  His broad experience and diverse network are what he focuses on as core competencies for the benefit of his clients. 

Additionally Ryan is a member of his local zoning board with prior experience as the chair of the planning commission.  He's worked on modernizing the comprehensive plan and updating the zoning ordinances to reflect current land use needs.  He is an investor performing buy, renovate, and sell projects as well as providing passive management and maintenance needs for landlord managed rental properties.
